The cheese biscuits are baked as per the original recipe dating back to 1949 and they are made with refined puff-pastry (90 layers), over 30% carefully 12-months matured Gouda Cheese as well as other high-quality ingredients, offering an intense and dominant cheese taste and they just melt on the tongue.
