80gThis MERSEY VALLEY is a milder cheddar flavour than our original but with the addition of pickled onions that leaves you hanging for more. This variety is made with brown pickled onions which are pickled 25 minutes down the road from the Mersey Valley cheese factory!

Karikaas Cheese
125gKarikaas Gouda Vintage is a firm highly complex flavoured cheese with some sweetness and a lingering taste in the mouth. A little goes a long way. May have some crystalisation – a sure sign of age. A beautiful cheese on its own, but perfect shaved to add the final touch to a dish of pasta, or a Caesar salad.

100gPlum Paste is the perfect accompaniment with traditional Brie cheese, parmesan cheese, goat’s cheese and sheep’s milk cheese.
Add it to a stock-based sauce, particularly when cooking duck or game.
You could even create your own Italian doughnuts, rolled in cinnamon sugar with a jammy centre of Plum Paste.
It’s a versatile sweet item to have stored in your pantry.

125gA traditional Dutch cheese, Gouda has a creamy texture and mild flavour when young, with the vintage Gouda developing intense & complex flavours with a firm texture. Vintage Cumin is tended in our cheese store for over a year. As time passes it develops superb flavours and aromas.
